I would like to leave very positive feedback for Amber, who looked after me during my recent visit. This was my first time visiting the South Queensferry branch, as I normally attend the Bruntsfield salon, but there were no available appointments available there. Going to the hairdresser is a very stressful experience for me, and for many years I have never felt truly comfortable in a salon. From the very beginning, Amber was incredibly caring, attentive, and kind. She asked all the right questions, took the time to really understand what I wanted, and did so in a very gentle and reassuring way. Her approach made a huge difference to how I felt throughout the appointment. Because of the way Amber behaved, I felt genuinely comfortable for the first time in many years. This was something I had never experienced before, even at the branch I usually attend. Her empathy, professionalism, and calm manner completely changed what is normally a very stressful situation for me. Amber is clearly someone who truly cares about her clients and has a natural ability to make people feel at ease. I wanted to share this feedback so her manager is aware of just how positive an impact she had on my experience.

Ultimately, I felt that Amber was very welcoming, considerate, thorough, kind, attentive and gentle. Payment procedure was easy, coherent and convenient :) so it was most beneficial. She was very understanding and adaptable which made me feel refreshed. She asked questions to ensure I was comfortable as it’s my first time going to a new hairdressers appointment and I have sensory sensitivities. I’m pleased with my haircut and would go back/recommend to others as is a lovely hairdressers and Amber is great. There was a general calmness and warmth encompassing the location. I left feeling enthusiastic and peaceful.

I luv my visit but dread the chairs at the sink. They are so uncomfortable. The girls have given me the booster cushion to use, but its still not comfy. My neck aches afterwards trying to stop the water running down my back. Lindsay is amazing, really pleased with my new cut n colour as always . Her attention to detail is perfect.
